**Job Title: Outbound Picker** **Job Description** This position involves the shipment of goods, including picking, packing, and processing orders. The ideal candidate should have prior RF scanner experience and the ability to walk or stand and lift moderate to heavy materials throughout the day. You will also be required to climb ladders as part of your daily tasks. **Responsibilities** + Pick, pack, and process orders for shipment. + Use RF scanner to track and manage inventory. + Lift and move materials ranging from 30-50 pounds consistently throughout the day. + Climb ladders to access inventory as needed. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S systems. **Essential Skills** + 3+ months of experience working in a warehouse or material handling role. + Experience using RF scanners or the ability to navigate the web and Microsoft Office on a computer. + Ability to stoop and lift 30-50 pounds consistently throughout the day. + Comfortable climbing up to 8 feet on a ladder. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior experience in inventory management and shipping. + Familiarity with warehouse packing and shipping processes. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a very casual and laid-back work environment with access to a full-size gym on site. The shift is from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cottage Grove, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
