Responsibilities:
General Overseas Markets Support:
o Obtain and manage build schedules and port stock positions to create a proposed booking list for shipping lines.
o Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, and importers to confirm and finalize shipping plans.
o Ensure timely communication of shipping schedules and vehicle allocations to relevant stakeholders.
o Troubleshoot and resolve booking issues to ensure vehicles are shipped on time.
GVL Systems Support:
o Update and maintain master data in logistics systems based on Nissan’s requests.
o Resolve any data inconsistencies or misunderstandings related to vehicle routing and logistics.
o Perform corrective actions based on complaints or errors related to vehicle movements.
o Ensure all data updates are validated and confirmed to prevent incorrect vehicle routing.
Invoice Management:
o Receive, verify, and match invoices from logistics service providers (LSPs) against contracts and supporting documents.
o Validate the rates and charges on invoices and resolve discrepancies by communicating with LSPs.
o Ensure the timely processing of payments to LSPs to avoid blocked or delayed payments.
o Maintain accurate records of invoices and payment statuses in systems like ProRex.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in outbound logistics, particularly with overseas markets and vehicle shipping.
• Familiarity with logistics systems and tools, including standard IT packages, and ProRex.
• Strong administrative and transactional skill sets, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with carriers, importers, and service providers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize based on business impact.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data management and logistics systems.
• Knowledge of international shipping and vehicle movement processes.
• Strong understanding of invoice validation, contract management, and payment processes.
