Job Description

This  role is to support the proactive and reactive retention of customers wanting to cancel their service contracts by doing the following:

Calling customers to find out if they were happy with a service, they received at retailorsEscalate to retailors or CRC if the customer complains about the service or mechanical faultsVerify and update customers detailsUpdate leisure interest of customersOutbound experience Automotive industry experience preferred1 to 2 experience

Qualifications

Grade 12

Additional InformationComputer literacy in order to operate customer related information systemsKnowledge on the automotive industry
