During RFQ (Request for Quotation) and design development phases, analyze customer inputs (technical requirements/BOM/materials, etc.), and conduct preliminary assessments on the feasibility and failure modes of processes such as material selection, spraying, laser engraving, electroplating, etc. <br _mstmutation="1" /> <font _msthash="875" _mstmutation="1" _msttexthash="12902162">2. Create and maintain Special Characteristics Lists and other PPCR (Product and Process Control Requirements) documentation during the design process. <br _mstmutation="1" /> <font _msthash="876" _mstmutation="1" _msttexthash="7607730">3. Define raw material specifications for design projects, and establish/maintain product BOMs (Bills of Materials). <br _mstmutation="1" /> <font _msthash="877" _mstmutation="1" _msttexthash="27480557">4. Create and maintain E-BOMs (Engineering BOMs) and M-BOMs (Manufacturing BOMs) in Teamcenter, and support design engineers in managing BOMs on PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems. Maintain data in PLM, SAP, and other systems. <br _mstmutation="1" /> <font _mstmutation="1"><font _msttexthash="24457875"><font _msthash="878">5. Collaborate with design, quality, and laboratory teams during the quotation phase to interpret customer specifications and standards, and define technical specifications for products and customer drawings. <br _mstmutation="1" /> <font _msthash="879" _mstmutation="1" _msttexthash="9304412">6. Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and quality teams to complete and manage the introduction of new parts and materials. <br _mstmutation="1" /> <font _msthash="880" _mstmutation="1" _msttexthash="32464809">7. Maintain data for mass production projects, support the issuance and execution of ECRs (Engineering Change Requests) and ECNs (Engineering Change Notifications), and provide technical support for VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) projects. <br _mstmutation="1" /> <font _msthash="881" _mstmutation="1" _msttexthash="3617640">8. Manage and optimize lessons-learned documentation and design guidelines. <br _mstmutation="1" /> <br _mstmutation="1" /> <font _msthash="882" _mstmutation="1" _msttexthash="293202">Job Requirements:<br _mstmutation="1" /> <font _msthash="883" _mstmutation="1" _msttexthash="5083390">1.
