OTC S4 BRIM Specialist
**Job Title:** OTC S4 BRIM Specialist **Location:** Remote/Home Based **Job Summary and Description:** Key Responsibilities: + Provide post go-live support in the areas of SD, BRIM, SOM, CC, CI, and EMS. Participate in defect triage and resolution, analyze and replicate production issues, propose resolutions, and manage tickets until solutions are deployed. + Update functional design specifications, perform system configuration, collaborate with developers, create test plans, and conduct unit/integration/regression testing. Perform quality assurance reviews with integration and technical teams. + Participate in division-level planning activities, including new projects, system and business process improvements, project management, and product reviews. + Plan and lead design workshops and collaboration meetings with business stakeholders to transform requirements into functional design specifications, business process design documents, and procedures. + Align strategic goals with SAP technology to achieve desired business outcomes. Analyze, define, and develop SAP solutions, working collaboratively with project management, functional, and technical teams. + Design solutions, interfaces, reporting, and data analysis. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of integrated solutions. + Manage project deliverables, develop effective technology solutions, manage project scope, analyze project metrics, and communicate with senior management and project teams. + Perform end-user training on system functionalities. Education and Experience: + Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. + At least 10 years of experience configuring and implementing solutions in SAP S4 HANA Order to Cash modules (SD, BRIM, CI, CC, EMS). + Experience with BRIM legacy conversion to SOM and integration of SOM with CC and CI. + Expertise in at least two out of the three areas (SOM, CC, CI), with a preference for CC. + Experience in OTC integration with other systems such as CRM and CLM. Skills and Attributes: + Proficient in gathering business requirements, producing quality design and testing documentation, and implementing applications/solutions and upgrades. + Ability to serve as the liaison between business users, external development partners, and other EPRI teams. + Strong analytical and hands-on experience in functional needs, including end-to-end business processes. + Good understanding of data integration tools and data warehouses such as SAP Data Services, LTMC, LSMW, and other ETL tools. + Ability to create basic queries and reports for analysis. + Expertise in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects in various stages. + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. + Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic and self-starting attitude. + Knowledge and expertise in enterprise applications such as SAP, OpenText, CRM, and SharePoint. + Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools preferred. The salary range for this position is $130,000 USD to $140,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This role is eligible to participate in EPRI’s annual incentive program. The amount of incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
