Job Title: OTC Process Support Manager

Location: Dublin

The integrity and excellence of business processes is a fundamental part of Diageo’s business strategy and essential for delivering Diageo’s business goals, with common processes for PTP, RTR and OTC deployed globally including IOI Demand, Global Beer Supply. The logistics and export processes are a key part of the OTC process, covering all domestic and export movements in our Supply Chain. The logistics processes are also a key enabler for the Demand Company to achieve invoiced sales cashflow through the POD process for customer billing.

This role is primarily required to fulfil the day-to-day responsibilities of process leadership support for the European Beer - based Logistics Export Processes

Purpose of the role

This role is vital in ensuring the smooth flow of both domestic and export goods from the Ireland and UK beer production sites in relation to the setup and the ability to automatically functioning with Revenue defined systems and compliance requirements.

Support business critical change programs as required. Lead with functional expertise for all Logistics, Customs & Excise, Export compliance, OTC (order to cash).

ABOUT YOU

Firm grasp of the overall OTC process design and detailed knowledge either of the logistics or export processes.Knowledge and experience of implementing process improvements in OTC.Business process expert with high level working knowledge of SAP and its integration to external regulatory systems – i.e. Thyme IT, Descartes, etc.Full understanding of total end to end Supply Chain Planning & distribution processes.Full knowledge of market/customer needs and how they drive supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and Audit Logistics Processes:

Ensure stable logistics processes across Demand Co’s and Supply Co.Conduct ongoing audits to assess process effectiveness and alignment with business needs.Maintain comprehensive process documentation including policies, procedures, transaction documentation, CBTs, and job aids.

Evaluate and Implement Changes for New Initiatives:

Assess impacts of new initiatives on data, processes, and systems within the OTC area.Lead impact assessments for global regression test initiatives to determine necessary changes.Manage SAC change requests for new business processes or mandatory requirements.

Collaborate and Resolve Issues:

Collaborate with other Business Units' process stream managers on shared concerns.Resolve complex issues referred by site/function lead users.

Develop and Support User Networks:

Develop an in-business network of site/function lead-users.Represent these users in Global Super user forums.
