Responsibilities
Cash Application Cash Audit
• Review supporting documentation and reconcile cash transactions to ensure proper recording and reporting.
• Identify and investigate any discrepancies, errors, or irregularities in cash transactions, and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to resolve any cash-related issues or discrepancies.
• Apply cash receipts to customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review and resolve discrepancies between cash received and customer invoices or statements.
• Investigate and resolve unapplied cash or unidentified payments.
• Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer account information.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliation reports.
• Monitor and analyze cash application processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding cash application inquiries.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Proficient knowledge of computers, the Internet and office automation.
• B. Com Graduate
• Relevant years domain experience
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills – Primary language as English
