Job Description

To ensure all prep items are prepared and stored to specifications.

Responsibilities Work pantry station by preparing salads for guestsControl quality and consistency of all food servedEnsure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to serviceEnsure all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basisRequired to learn all menu items produced by assigned stationMaintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelinesPerform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessary time frame.Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times Qualifications Basic prep cook experienceSome restaurant/hotel experienceBasic knife skills and food identificationMust be able to stand for 8+ hours per dayFlexible scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidaysMust have an unexpired Food Handlers’ certification
