1. Roles & Responsibility
According to the requirements of the front line, the new spare parts or services are inquired and compared, and timely feedbackPost purchase orders under different systems; Promote timely delivery from suppliers and communicate with the front line in a timely manner; Maintain a procurement tracking system; Prepare any reports for reviewCoordinate day-to-day operations and order fulfillment and delivery, receiving, and shipping of returned parts with service and spare parts suppliers; Coordinate monthly order payments with suppliers, and submit payment POs to the corresponding payment system in a timely manner to complete financial sub-accounting requirements and ensure that all operations meet the company's financial and compliance requirements. Collect and sort out the ERP system requirements within the department, be responsible for docking and communicating with the IT team, and maintain the spare parts number requirements system used within the department2. Qualification / Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above. Proficient in Excel, good communication skills in Chinese and English, CET-4 or above.Experience in the medical device industry is preferred. Proficiency in SAP and Oracle systems is preferred. Project management and cross-departmental collaboration are prioritized.3. Desired Characteristics
