A Oscar's Cafe & Terrace Junior Supervisor with Conrad Hotels and Resorts is responsible for working in the respective outlet / restaurant of Food and Beverage as needed to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working to achieve departmental targets.

What will I be doing?
A Oscar's Cafe & Terrace Junior Supervisor would be required to exercise his/her skills to ensure that all guests receive the highest possible standards of service and the proper functioning if the outlet. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nSupervise a team of Waiter(ess)/Junior Captains/ Captain to provide a consistent and efficient delivery of excellent service to all guests\nAssist the Supervisor to manage the assigned section, familiarizing with the roles and duties of the Supervisor\nEncourages team work and spirit in all areas of the department\nTo provide direction and support to the team on a daily basis\nAble to work in all areas of the respective outlet / restaurant of Food and Beverage\nTake and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service\nTo check assigned stations, supervise and assist the team with table/ room set up\nEnsure proper cashiering procedures are being performed\nManage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\nMake recommendations on menu items and up-sell with latest departmental incentives\nFully understand the operation of the section, correct procedures and duties of subordinates\nEnsure compliance of brand standards\nStrive to achieve departmental targets\nEnsure cleanliness of work areas\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships\nCarry out any other duties as and when required by the superiors\nWhat are we looking for?
