A Oscar's Cafe & Terrace Captain with Conrad Hotels and Resorts is required to exercise their skills to ensure that all guests receive an excellent Guest and Member experience and is responsible for the proper functioning of the assigned section while working to achieve departmental targets.

What will I be doing?
A Oscar's Cafe & Terrace Captain would be required to supervise a team of Waiters/Junior Captains in the assigned station to ensure that services rendered to guests in the outlet are in accordance with the brand standards. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nAble to work in all areas of the respective outlet / restaurant of Food and Beverage\nWelcome guests in a polite and friendly manner\nTake and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service\nAssist to prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms\nCheck all team members task and utility to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, bar and service\nFollow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues or challenges\nManage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\nTo perform any assigned administrative task such as requisitions, operating equipment control and monitory inventory\nEnsure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner\nUp-sell with latest departmental incentives\nEnsure compliance of brand standards\nStrive to achieve departmental targets\nEnsure cleanliness of work areas\nComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation\nComply with local licensing laws\nBe environmentally aware\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships \nTo perform any other duties as assigned\nWhat are we looking for?
