They can contribute to a diverse organization with expertise in Vendor Partner Relations, TV App Services, Video Services, Technical Operations, Asset and Data Management and Quality Control. Our responsibilities include working with internal and external partners to oversee the origination and intake of technical and descriptive content data, video, audio, timed text, and ancillary documents. We collaborate with engineering and technical resources to implement content platforms and services, along with supporting localization, accessibility, quality control and more. DescriptionDescriptionThe Operations Project Manager will support the following: Ensure systems, workflows and business needs are aligned to ensure successful outcomes Support and review technical documentation to support project related initiatives and ensure requirements are articulated and version controlled Collect, track and communicate consolidated status for key project based initiatives within Original Content Operations Provide stewardship for key business initiatives and new content types, software features and business milestones Collaborate with Project DRIs to ensure consistent, accurate and timely status communications Learn the inner workings of a original content platform, supply chain and its contributors Design and generate reporting and operational metrics as necessary Other responsibilities as assigned by ManagementMinimum QualificationsMinimum QualificationsWe are looking for experienced professionals within the field of project, program, and product management within the media and entertainment industry.5+ years experience managing system integration discussions and technical documentation of user and data driven workflows within the Film and Television industry5+ years experience software project delivery tools and methodologies5+ years working knowledge of media and content distribution workflows within the Film and Television industryComfortable managing change within a large cross function organizationAbility to make decision independentlyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailUp to 15% travel required, both domestic and international.Bachelor’s DegreeKey QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsIdeal candidates will also demonstrate skills in the following areas:Desire to contribute to and understand the organization’s vision for the futureProfessional certifications such as PMP or SCRUMExperience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill setsCollaborative, organized and a team player which will be necessary to achieve program oversightCollege education within the fields of library science, computer science or engineeringEducation & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsPay & BenefitsPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $129,600 and $236,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
