Your Job: Organizational Effectiveness Analyst
Job Location: Brazil - Remote
Our Department: People Planning & Enablement
The Organizational Effectiveness (OE) team will play a critical role in partnering with People eXperience (PX) teams and senior leaderships and will have responsibilities that span data analytics for organizational design, WFP, and integrated COE support for the People Enablement teams.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Data Analysis:
Produce analytic insights through the collection and processing of data to support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives, generating and maintaining dashboards, metrics, KPIs, trend analysis.
Utilize organizational assessment tools to identify skill and competency gaps, duplication and inconsistencies in current structures and processes.
Collaborate with People Experience partners and COE teams to lead to data-driven decisions, solutions and strategies.
Data Visualization & communication
Utilize and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics related to organizational effectiveness.
Support findings and recommendations through creation of presentations and detailed reports, translating complex data into actionable people strategies.
Create informative materials and resources, including one-pagers, guides, and communication tools to facilitate understanding and adoption of organizational effectiveness initiatives.
People insights and action
Report on key people metrics.
Suggest opportunities for increased efficiency through trend analysis.
Identify data integrity issues and partner with the People Analytics team to make improvements.
Required skills and Knowledge:
Advanced english: written and verbal.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar field AND 1+ years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel/Google Sheets and data presentation tools (Powerpoint, Google Slides, etc)
Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and prioritization skills with high attention-to-detail
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads
Demonstrated passion for diversity, equity and inclusion across a global workforce
Passion and curiosity for designing the future workforce
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure; able to manage and execute effectively on multiple, time-sensitive projects, with keen sense of urgency
Openness to feedback and strong self-awareness
Domestic and international travel may be required (nominal)
Preferred knowledge of:
Experience with data visualization tools like DOMO, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Experience in SQL, and Python/R.
Data Analytics and/or Data Science certification
Experience with creative design software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or similar tools)
Workday HCM experience
