Job Description

·     Enhance organizational efficiency via establishing efficient processes, methods and forging a high performance mindset

·     Highlighting organizational impediments and driving improvement – on team and organizational level

·     Enable and grow people according to our purpose and strategy with the appropriate tools and methods to formulate and sustain high performance

·     Together with stakeholders and peers transfer the business strategy into day to day collaboration across hierarchy levels, functions and regions

·     Enhance continuous learning and a striving for high performance culture

·     Act as a consultant for change management with projects with focus on organization, leadership, collaboration, process & methods

·     Enhancing team efficiency (fast learning, high performing team culture, …)

·     Facilitation of the agile team events (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning, review, etc.)

·     Driving team building, good team spirit, team development and continuous improvement

Qualifications

·        Entrepreneurial & Leadership Competence:

o   Understanding of business management contexts

o   Understanding of servant leadership principles

o   Lateral leadership skills

o   Strong organization & team development skills

·        Interpersonal Competence:

o   Drive to continuously challenge the status quo

o   Communication (with different stakeholders), moderation and visualization skills, empathy resolving conflicts

o   Strong ability to work in a team (empathy, responsibility and persuasiveness)

o   Structured, goal-oriented and self-organized way of working

o   Self-reflection skills and consistent “inspect & adapt” mindset

·        Professional Competence:

o   Several years of professional experiences as, Organizational Coach, Change Management Expert, Organizational Development Expert, Agile Master, or similar

o   Deep knowledge of organizational development methods and mastery of relevant tools

o   Spirit in development and application of agile/lean methods
