We are actively seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Specialist who will be primarily responsible for supporting Air Force Product Lifecycle Management Capability Support Office (AF-PLM CSO) Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. 

 

Air Force-Product Lifecycle Management Capability Support Office (AF-PLM CSO) is a multi-disciplined team of government and contactor personnel, tasked to manage and perform the configuration, fielding, training, organization change management (OCM) and sustainment of the USAF’s Enterprise PLM Business Tool, AF-PLM.  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Provide support to the AF-PLM Program with specialized duties in the following areas: Communications,Organizational Change Advocacy, Social Network, Workforce Development, Policy Management, TrainingServe as liaison to stakeholder groups and organizations to promote program awareness regarding PLM.Generate overall support for program activities and achievement of program objectives. Conduct required assessments to define and document project-driven change impacts.Support the design, development, delivery and management program plans, including Communications Plan, Workforce Development Plan, Training Plan, Coaching Plan, etc.Collaborate with internal and stakeholders to conduct OCM activities according to plans.Develop, analyze, and report on change readiness assessments. Identify and document key stakeholders, conduct regular assessment, and report out of stakeholder status by stakeholder groups.Identify people-related risks / resistance; propose / execute on approved mitigation approaches.Collaborate with program / enterprise OCM / Communications teams to support consistent messaging and streamlined distribution of messages. Collaborate with technical team to ensure alignment of communications during the different phases within the program. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Clearance: NACI or ability to obtain a NACIBachelor's Degree and five (5+) years of OCM experience preferably Organizational Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci)Familiarity with standard project management approaches, tools and project lifecycle phases, and five (5) years of experience with Air Force Organizational Structure and Management
