The Role RedMane Technology, LLC is growing its Chicago-based OCM practice and has a full-time opportunity for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Associate . The OCM Associate will support the planning, development, and execution of readiness activities to facilitate new system implementations with public sector clients within the health and human services space. The OCM Associate will report to the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead and collaborate with the company'2019s project cross-functional team, as well as client stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of RedMane'2019s software solution. Responsibilities: + Support the OCM Lead in developing strategic organizational change management plans that drive the adoption of the new system. + Execute change readiness activities to promote the successful adoption of the new system. + Coordinate and lead weekly status meetings with the client. - 6middot; Develop communication materials, stakeholder engagement initiatives, and monitor stakeholder engagement through the project'2019s lifecycle. + Administer organizational readiness assessments and assist in the evaluation and measurement of change management effectiveness and outcomes, providing recommendations for improvement and escalating risks, as needed. + Manage and update administrative documents to fulfill project requirements. + Support training activities, as needed. + Report on the status and progress of OCM within project team meetings, highlighting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned. The Organization Change Management Associate will need the following key competencies: + Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to adjust messaging to various client stakeholders. + Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and address OCM challenges and opportunities. + Ability to prioritize and manage tasks. - 6middot; Qualifications: + 2 to 5 years of experience in supporting and managing OCM projects and programs, preferably in an IT services organization. + Experience in applying OCM frameworks, methodologies, and tools, such as Prosci (ADKAR) and LaMarsh. + Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Excel, and creative tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite + Prosci-certification is preferred. + Experience working with public sector, including Health and Human Services an asset.
