Organization Transformation Manager
Position Summary

Work you’ll do 

Develop integrated, comprehensive and repeatable approaches to manage change leadership and workforce transition programs associated with large-scale organization transformation initiatives – including future-state organizational design and alignment, technology/ERP implementation, and associated talent-related implicationsDemonstrate strong leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing innovative, sustainable solutions focused on adding business valueManage day-to-day interactions with clients and the internal Deloitte teamLead and contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.Contribute to business development efforts, including client presentations, proposal development, pricing, Statements of Work (SOW), etc.Provide counseling/coaching, oversight, and mentoring support for delivery teams and staff to support the development of Human Capital/Organizational Transformation colleaguesActively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process

The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.

 

Qualifications 

Required: 

Completed Bachelor’s degreeFive years of human capital management consulting experience, to include leading projects for government sector clientsAbility to travel 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred: 

Advanced degree in a related field
