**Description:** You will be responsible in taking Food & Beverage orders through the phone promptly and courteously, upselling menu items, computing bills and conducting payments as well as ensuring completeness and standards of set-up for every order, all in a cohesive aim of maximising guest satisfaction. **Qualifications:** Minimum a year work experience within a luxurious hotel environment.
