Our client in the Sumner, WA area is looking to hire an Order Selector for their location. The ideal candidate needs to have experience with driving a forklift or cherry picker equipment. Responsibilities include fulfilling and pulling customer orders promptly from stock and placing them on pallets, transporting orders to the packing station, shipping department, or directly to trucks.

The Day-to-Day:

Maneuvering forklifts safely in busy industrial environmentsRegularly checking forklift equipment for faults or damageSafely stacking and unstacking large quantities of goods onto shelves or palletsSort and place items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.Pull customer orders promptly from stock and place on pallets, transporting orders to the packing station, shipping department, or directly to trucks.Participate in annual physical inventory and product counts as directed, ensuring accurate labels or tags.

Qualifications:

High School DiplomaDependable attendance and are team-oriented.Previous Reach truck, RF scanner, Loading, and UnloadingExperience with driving a forklift or cherry picker equipment is preferred.Dependable attendance and are team-oriented.Experience with DC equipment preferred.Safety awareness with a focus on results and accuracy.Schedule flexibility, overtime as necessary to meet customer expectations.

$22.00 /hr
