Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Log all incoming orders into computer system.Pull job tickets for the incoming orders. File job tickets from orders that have shipped. This is very physical requiring climbing step stool and carrying bundles of tickets from inside the office to outside. Job tickets are stored in outside storage containers sensitive to climate changes. These storage containers do have heat and air conditioning.Maintain accurate records of number of orders received on daily basis.Research lost or problem orders.Provide technical assistance to the Support Team (Customer Service and Order Entry).Identify Rush/Special requirement orders upon receipt and take appropriate action.Answering and directing overflow incoming calls, when the Support Team are on the phones.Use of email, fax and copy machine a must.Attention to detail is very important to pull and file orders in the correct manner by alphabetical and numerical order.Once the above duties have been mastered, the following additional training will be done: (this is for additional coverage when other employees are out of the office).Quoting orders. Assisting with entering orders.Telephone customer service.Order Receiver Qualifications:
Must have 3 years minimum at previous position.Reliable transportation is needed, as this position is not on the bus line.Ability to lift, bend, twist, climb step stool, walk, etc..Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
