Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Develop wave plans by analyzing order volumes, inventory levels, labor availability, and other factors to determine the most effective sequencing and allocation of work tasks.Prioritize orders based on customer requirements, shipping deadlines, product availability, and other criteria to meet service level agreements and customer expectations.Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and managers to allocate labor and equipment resources appropriately across different work areas and shifts to optimize productivity and meet operational targets.Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or other planning tools to input, monitor, and adjust wave plans, ensuring accurate execution and real-time visibility into the status of orders and inventory.

Job Requirements/Certifications Needed:

2+ years of experience as an order processor or similar position.High School diploma or equivalent required.Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar planning tools.Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize wave planning and resource allocation.Knowledge of warehouse operations: Familiarity with warehouse processes, inventory management, order fulfillment, and industry best practices.

Monday-FridayFirst Shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PMSecond Shift: 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM$19.50
