Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic Order Pickers to join our team in a dynamic warehouse environment. You will be responsible for wearing a headset to listen to orders while riding a walkie rider. Your main duties will include delivering finished pallets to bay areas for shipping, maintaining product numbers, and picking a certain amount of cases per day. Candidates must be comfortable lifting weights ranging from 25-50 lbs.
ResponsibilitiesWear a headset and follow verbal orders.Ride a walkie rider to navigate the warehouse.Deliver finished pallets to designated bay areas for shipping.Maintain accurate product numbers.Pick and prepare a specific number of cases each day.Operate RF scanner for inventory management.Handle materials and assist with shipping and receiving tasks.Essential SkillsExperience with RF scanners.Proficiency in order picking and shipping & receiving.Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.Strong inventory management skills.Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience as a forklift operator.material handling.Experience as an order selector or order picker.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is partially climate-controlled, with shipping and receiving areas keeping doors open. The schedule for order picking is Monday through Friday, 12 PM - 10 PM (with potential to work until 1-2 AM), and for tow motor operation, Sunday through Thursday, 12 PM - 10 PM (with potential to work until 1-2 AM).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, Tennessee.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00/hr.
