Order Manager I

Emerson is seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and drive to join our team as an Order Manager I. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring flawless order management and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for accurately entering and reviewing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams and external customers, and providing world-class customer service if you have a proven track record of successfully implementing efficient order management processes and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
Order Entry
+ Generate Service Request: Oracle/CRM/OSC/FJ
+ Saves/Uploads/Archives communication records (OCM/CRM)
+ Coordinates expedite orders with service team.
+ Complete order entry within Service Level.
+ Validate and upload purchase order according to service level and forward to appropriate team for processing
+ Generate purchase requisitions for Service Centers through WIP process Order Clean Up.
+ Track active tasks on assigned orders.
+ Collaborate with the Service Team for status or cancellation approval.Order Management
+ Tracks expedited orders to ensure customer request dates are met.
+ Resolve order disputes within the service level.
+ Provide tracking for shipments and process sales credit adjustments.
+ Process change orders and cancellation orders
+ Customer Service
+ Respond to emails and order inquiries.
+ Proactively communicate delays to Service Centers.
+ Complete Emerson Learn Content.Teamwork
+ Build relationships with Service Center personnel and Field Service representatives..
+ Communicate regularly with the team and provide coverage when needed.Trade Compliance
+ Review orders for export indications and coordinate with the trade compliance team.
+ Verify "Checkpoint Intermediary" status and obtain Export TSF.
+ Perform DDQ Screening and follow export regulations.
+ Continuous Improvement
+ Maintain current process knowledge and participate in training.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Advanced student or degree in Business Administration or related fields.
+ 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related role.
+ English proficiency (B2 or higher) – strong communication skills.
+ Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
+ Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); Oracle, CRM Cloud experience is a plus.
