**Job Description**
Would you like to be part of our LEGO® Model Production (LMP) team that designs, develops and manufactures all the cool brick based solutions of in-store and impressive 3D models?
Join our LMP customer support team and contribute to the results of the organization by coordinating partner´s requests for element business and securing their timely delivery and in a proper quality!
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Coordination of DPC and other campaigns of 2D and 3D materials, incl. orders entry, consolidations and delivery on time to the partners as well as management of make-to-order 2D & 3D projects
+ Drives MCO (sourcing) role of 2D materials in close collaboration with MPMs and suppliers
+ Active collaboration with dedicated market / partners to align on future expectations, providing regular status on results and communicates deviations
+ In a collaboration with project management creates system requests for make-to-order projects, and help to build partners collaboration in terms of distribution
+ Closely collaborates with RDC Jirny in regard to set up / optimizing actual processes, scrapping, Service level agreements, etc.
This role is located in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation support for this position.
We are ready to offer a fixed-term contract until 31st December 2027.

Customer Service is part of the LEGO Model production customer service area and our main focus is to provide stable logistic platform covering shipping, customer service and order management.

+ This role requires good negotiation and communication skills as well as structured approach and ability to work systematically
+ Fluency in both Czech and English
+ MS Excel knowledge is required, SAP would be an advantage
+ There is also space for collaboration on a global level with various internal as well as external partners
