Location: Alloga, a Cencora Company – South Normanton, Derbyshire

Salary: £12.56 per hour (excluding shift allowance)

Shifts: Rotating Mon-Fri – 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Operative to join our team in South Normanton. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth processing and management of customer orders, and you will be responsible for addressing various order-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping Orders: Handle manual shipping requests and load shipments efficiently.Order Management: Address lines on hold or with errors, de-allocate or re-allocate lines as necessary.Issue Resolution: Resolve a variety of issues related to orders, lines, and address IDs.Unpicking Orders: Manage unpicks and add batches/lock codes while allocating from specific tags as requested.Order Adjustments: Cancel or zero shipping orders and lines upon request, amend work groups, and clone orders.Date Management: Change order dates as needed and manage part shippers.Booking Management: Add bookings and Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASN).Order Tracking: Check past dates to identify orders that have dropped into the system with incorrect ship-by dates.Address Management: Create address IDs and place orders on hold when necessary.Value Addition: Add value to orders and deal with mixed products orders.Communication: Monitor communications for any orders stuck in the interface and notify appropriate teams of postcode or client ID errors.

Requirements:

Previous experience in order management or a similar role is preferred.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.Basic computer skills with experience in order management systems.
