The Order Management Analyst handles order management of customer(s). Manages all customer sales order solutions in SAP, including order processing, validation, pricing, billing generation, post-delivery and reporting for Direct To Consumer, Ecommerce, US and International Retail customers shipping from Merrillville. Primary users of our solutions are Product Supply Order Management Analysts / Customer Service Operations. Work closely with other areas like Order Acquisition, Order Builder, Transporation Management System, Shipping, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Order Processing Analyst and Business 2 Government to ensure the end-to-end process flows correctly from Order Acquisition until Customer payment and clearing.

Job Qualifications

Education:Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is preferred.

Requirements (skills/experiences) for the role:Order Management business processes and Solution set.Technical expertise on SAP SD and contextual knowledge of related areas including SHX, Warehouse, Finance, B2G, etc.Knowledge of Wave methodology and release structure to enable O-TSR through Projects and initiatives.Category-Level Production Capacity What-IfDemand Flow VerificationDrive/Enable category-level supply network improvementInventory ManagementIssue ResolutionRough Cut Capacity Planning

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $53,800-$74,000
