Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for internal and external customer care (e.g. technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordination of relevant functions to have complete case ownership and increase customer satisfaction mainly for service.The work model for the role is onsite. #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power division in Richmond, VA. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tPro-actively communicates with customers and internal functions in order to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information.•\tProcesses orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.•\tImplements and maintains customer support processes. •\tShares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.•\tProvides appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the requests (e.g. order changes, order completion, expediting, credit management, tracking and communication, blocks and suspensions, etc.).•\tCollects and archives documentation regarding the orders and records assumptions and decisions taken during the process in the systems in scope of responsibility. •\tRegularly analyzes statistics (e.g. forecast, pacing, etc.) using available tools and collecting relevant information.•\tReads, understands and follows the HSE guidelines and reports discrepancies to leadership.
Qualifications for the role\tBachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related technical/STEM field of study\t3+ Years’ Experience in a Material Planning or Manufacturing Environment\tExperience in customer relations, Order Management, thorough knowledge of planning tools, quality processes and understanding of commercial terms and standard order procedures a plus\tExperience with CRM systems, Salesforce a plus\tRapidly respond to unforeseen developments and initiate actions to reduce adverse impact\tExperience with ERP systems, SAP a plus\tAdvanced Excel skills such as pivot tables with data management, Power BI a plus
