Your Key Responsibilities

Identifying customer requests in Salesforce and assigning tickets to the appropriate queues Handling customer inquiries related to order and delivery status Creating new cases in Salesforce Supporting order changes, including cancellations, postponements, and sending order confirmations Requesting proof of delivery Your Qualifications
