Team Leader
Your role and responsibilitiesNow we are looking for a Specialist to join our order handling team. You will provide support to sales representatives, respond to customer enquiries, and perform complete order handling processes. We expect you to perform well in an international team environment and have exceptional people and communication skills in English.The work model for the role is: hybridYou will be mainly accountable for:• Quote preparation in SAP based on the pricing policy of the respective unit• Coordinate and adapt offers using the input from different departments (including sales, product management, legal, Tech Support, project management, logistics)• Ensures that offers meet the company's budget and profitability targets• Checking and approving orders and quotations for a colleague• Customer order handling from purchase order to the point of delivery. • Prepares and manages sales support documentation • Expediting orders ensuring materials are delivered within Quoted timescale• Invoicing of delivered orders • Creation of delivery, import & export documentation• Clearing any Basware requests for unmatched invoices • Clearing invoices in dispute • General Filing, Archiving and Administration as required by the department • Responding to customer technical & non-technical queries relating to Spare Parts • Identification of the customer's request. In case the requirement is out of the scope of supply, handing it over to the responsible division
Qualifications for the roleExcellent social, communication and writing skills Customer and result oriented Excellent attention to detail Good organizational skills Ability to multitask Ability to read in technical documentation Requirements: SAP knowledge Fluent in English language, written and spoken. Capability to achieve business results and work under pressure Computing skills MS Office Experience working in a sales or logistics environment
