Job Description

  

The Order Fulfillment Specialist organizes and handles a variety of order, planning and logistics issues within a manufacturing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Arrange for and execute on domestic and international shipping of sales orders (primarily international shipping)Process sales orders after entry to completionEnsure accurate and complete export compliance documentationEnter purchase orders into ERP systemProof all orders for accuracy and releaseAssist in the planning and purchasing of products, including expediting and pushing of purchase orders with vendorsResolve sales order issues and discrepanciesEngage in customer and vendor contact

Required Education and Experience:

Strong experience with international shipping international requiredHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredProficiency with e-mail, data entry, Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience in operations or manufacturing environmentStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate recordsAbility to manage multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining high qualityAbility to work autonomously and proactively seek resolutions to open itemsAssociate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  

Salary Range:

$58,700.00-$78,300.000
