The Rubrik Operations Team is looking to expand – we are seeking passionate, customer friendly, detail-oriented individuals to join us as we scale our fulfillment operations team.  We are looking for both individual contributors and management. The team’s responsibilities include sales order processing, order commitment, and order fulfillment management. If you are someone who can help execute on all the tactical day to day needs of the business while also keeping an eye towards efficiency improvements and process changes, let’s talk.  

What you’ll be doing:

Relentless focus on order booking and on-time-shipment of orders Identify process gaps and design solutions to improve operational efficiency Drive factory communication, planning, and execution Work with Sales Operations and Finance teams to plan and deliver to quarterly revenue goals

Experience you’ll need:

2-4 years operations experience in an enterprise technology environment Familiar with Salesforce and ERP systems Experience working with manufacturing suppliers & logistics vendors
