We are proud of our rich heritage, award-winning technologies, and we value the talents and contributions of all Advanced Energy's employees worldwide. **Responsibilities:** + Creates Sales Order + Updates revised Customer Request Date + Coordinates Order Acknowledgement with Factory + Performs Hub Reconciliation (Inventory, Hub Pulls, Receipts) + Reviews SOA (Sales Order Acknowledgement) audit logs + Issues transactions for Hub scrap units + Performs UAT (Users Acceptance Test) as needed related to Business Process/Development + Works CWH (Central Warehouse) related functions + Supports Audit (Internal and External) related activities **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree, preferably Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or any course related to Order Entry/Management. + Very good knowledge in SAP or any ERP system + Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word + With the ability to express and communicate across environment + Ability to work in a different level and magnitude + With good analytical knowledge + Efficient and systematic + Flexible and willing to adapt change As part of our total rewards philosophy, we believe in offering and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs for our employees in order to attract and retain a talented, highly engaged workforce.
