**GENERAL OVERVIEW:**
The incumbent of this position will analyze incoming customer orders to determine the correct promised delivery date. He/she will balance the production load of each motor plant according to its normal or overtime production capabilities, directing customer orders accordingly. He/she will support and monitor compliance with the promised dates communicated to customers. He/she will work closely with Planning to balance the production load of each plant.
**COMMITMENT OF QUALITY:**
Keep all information concerning customer requirements and supplier responses in order and on file.
**SPECIFIC TASKS:**
+ Balance incoming orders vs plant line rate / line capacity / family capacity.
+ Communicate daily to customers the promise dates for finished product shipments.
+ Update promise date daily on orders beyond capacity in Oracle and communicate to customers.
+ Measure PDSL to customer and report on it.
+ Participation in meetings or calls related to engineering changes with customers.
+ Follow-up on engineering changes applicable to stators and protectors.
+ Ultriva inputs – changes on order dates
+ Order changes and rerouting to production plant.
+ Update order split collection plan
+ Order balancing to the right production plant.
+ Communicate order split changes and update protectors ordering plant.
+ Update Null report for RDSL tracking
+ Assist in FG shipment tracking.
**INTERNAL CUSTOMERS:**
+ Motores Herméticos del Sur personnel
+ Produccion cells
**EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS:**
+ Customers & suppliers
**PROFILE OF THE POSITION HOLDER:**
Scholarship: Bachelor’s degree.
Skills: computer savvy, teamwork, ability to communicate internally and externally, English.
Safety: Safety glasses (inside the production area)
Experience: Essential in the areas of scheduling and purchasing.
