As the Oracle Health Solution Consultant, you will:

•Partner with healthcare clients and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of their Oracle health’s Cerner system
•Collaborate with a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements
•Provide insights on Oracle Health’s Cerner system workflows, upgrades, system changes and ongoing maintenance while identifying opportunities for system optimization and enhancements
•Facilitate meetings effectively and efficiently to stakeholders of all levels through the development of clear agendas and objectives, documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required

Experience in Oracle Health EHR Implementation including workflow assessments, system design, data collection (DCW), system configuration, testing and validation, third-party platform integration, training material preparation and Go-Live support and post Go-Live optimization

Willingness and ability to travel weekly when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely

Authorization to work in the United States

Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates

Preferences:

Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS)

Previous consulting experience

Preferred areas of expertise (at least 1 or more):

Oracle Health Emergency Department Solution Consultant:

Expertise in the FirstNet solution and related emergency medicine applications, with comprehensive understanding of ED workflows and operations, including triage, patient tracking, provider documentation, and discharge processes

Familiarity with ED performance metrics (e.g., door-to-provider time, left without being seen rates, patient throughput, etc.)

Oracle Health Women’s Care/Maternity Solution Consultant:

Expertise in the Oracle Health PowerChart Maternity solution, with comprehensive knowledge to support the documentation of prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal care workflow.

Experience with maternal-fetal monitoring systems and integration to Millennium (e.g., FetaLink)

Oracle Health Anatomic Pathology Solution Consultant:

Expertise in the PathNet Anatomic Pathology solution, with a comprehensive understanding of anatomic pathology workflows, including tissue and biopsy specimen tracking, slide preparation, and result reporting for cytology and histology.

Knowledge of pathology-related medical terminology, diagnostic codes, and terms used in diagnostic imaging (e.g., cytology, histology), along with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as CAP (College of American Pathologists), CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments), and FDA guidelines.

Working Knowledge of Anatomic Pathology billing practices and reporting.

Oracle Health Blood Bank Solution Consultant:

Proficient and experienced in the Capacity Management solution, with comprehensive knowledge in areas such as Bed Management, Patient Flow, EVS, Staff Scheduling, Transport Management and Resource Tracking

Must have iBus configuration experience (including the CareAware platform) for both BMDI devices and Capacity Management

Oracle Health Gen Lab Solution Consultant:

Expertise in the PathNet Gen Lab solution and can support core lab operations, including chemistry, hematology, point of care, and coagulation

Demonstrated success in designing efficient workflows for specimen collection, processing, and result validation, coupled with a thorough understanding of regulatory standards, including CAP (College of American Pathologists), CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments), and FDA guidelines

Working knowledge of MDI interfaces to include iBUS

Experience in system design, data collection, testing and validation of Reference Lab

Oracle Health Oncology Solution Consultant:

Expertise in the Oracle Health Oncology Suite with experience in Provider Oncology, Nursing Oncology documentation and workflow (admission, treatment and discharge)

Experience in designing Pre-Chemo Checklists that encompass guidelines, chemo regiments, treatment plans and Oncology PowerPlans

Oracle Health PeriOp Solution Consultant:

Expertise in the Oracle Health SurgiNet PeriOp solution, with comprehensive knowledge of preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative surgical documentation and processes

Knowledge of of perioperative workflows, including case scheduling, preference card management, room setup, and team assignments

Familiarity with perioperative regulatory requirements, such as those from the Joint Commission, CMS, and AORN (Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses)

Oracle Health Pharmacy Solution Consultant:

Oracle Health Solution Consultants with in-depth expertise in the PharmNet solution, with comprehensive knowledge of formulary management, clinical decision support, medication reconciliation, inventory control, and compliance tracking

Familiarity with USP, DEA, FDA, and CMS requirements for medication management

Candidates with a pharmacy licensure or certifications (e.g., RPh, PharmD) preferred

Oracle Health Women’s Care/Maternity Solution Consultant:

Expertise in the Oracle Health PowerChart Maternity solution, with comprehensive knowledge to support the documentation of prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal care workflow.

Oracle Health Surgery Anesthesia Solution Consultant:

Expertise in the Oracle Health SurgiNet Anesthesia solution, with a comprehensive understanding of perioperative workflows and how anesthesia documentation integrates with surgical and nursing team

Experience in configuring preoperative assessments, anesthesia plan documentation, medication tracking, and intraoperative monitoring

Oracle Health Microbiology Solution Consultant:

Expertise in the PathNet Microbiology solution, with a comprehensive understanding of microbiology workflows, including specimen processing, culture analysis, organism identification, and antimicrobial susceptibility testing

Knowledge of microbiology-specific coding (e.g., LOINC, SNOMED CT), along with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as CLIA, CAP, and FDA guidelines specific to microbiology laboratory practice
