Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle Fusion Project Manager in Freeport, TX. This role is Hybrid (Onsite 2/Remote 3). Responsibilities: Project Management: * Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle ERP system, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets * Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress and ensure deadlines are met * Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to keep the project on track * Facilitate regular project status meetings with key stakeholders and executive leadership Stakeholder Coordination: * Liaise with internal divisions to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment * Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and third-party implementation partners * Ensure that end-users and department heads are involved in the implementation process to drive adoption and minimize resistance to change Technical & Functional Expertise: * Work closely with third-party vendors and technical teams to ensure the ERP system meets the organization's functional and technical requirements * Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure the system supports all financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation processes * Use advanced Excel skills to support data migration, reporting, and reconciliation tasks Training & Support: * Coordinate the development of user training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure staff are proficient in the new system * Provide post-implementation support to resolve issues and optimize system performance * Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements throughout the implementation process
