Oracle EPM Technology Product Owner

The Oracle EPM Technology Product Owner plays a crucial role, working closely with both technology and business teams. This role includes providing comprehensive life-cycle support, such as operations, significant and minor enhancements, configuration, optimization, strategy and planning, and implementing new modules of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions. You Will:Design, configure and support all Oracle EPM modules including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Profitability and Cost Management, Enterprise Data Management, Narrative Reporting, free form cubes and other related modules.Provide best practices in utilization of modulesParticipate in EPM strategy and roadmap planning of new features and capabilitiesExperience in gathering and documenting business requirements from business partnersLead data integration, data mapping, and data validation activities between EPM Cloud applications, Oracle ERP, FDI and external systemsAssist in developing and delivering training sessionsParticipate and drive troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesCo-ordinate and conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and technology senior leadership, business analysts, developers, and project managersStay up to date with the latest Oracle EPM Cloud product updates and industry trends to provide best-in-class solutions to clients.Present high-level and low-level design options to relevant partnersReport potential risks and dependencies to the project lead architect and delivery managers.Participate and lead architectural discussionsPartner with Oracle product management and engineering departments to align project implementation design and architecture for compatibility with future versions and to minimize potential upgrade effort.

You Have:A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field. Additional background in Finance or Accounting is a plus.10+ Years of IT or Finance Experience5+ years of professional experience in Oracle EPM Cloud Applications.Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes and financial reporting.Expertise across all Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS and/or EPCM), Accounts Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting, FreeForm cubes, Enterprise Data Management.Background with Oracle ERP, OCI including Integration Cloud (OIC) and FAW/FDI a plus.At least one full lifecycle implementation experience of EPM implementationsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.The ability to work independently and collaboratively with Business users and internal teams.Oracle Cloud certifications, such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist or Oracle Certified Cloud Implementation Specialist, are a major plus.

Location & Travel:Two days a week at our Guardian offices in New York, NY.

Salary Range$114,080.00 - $187,415.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
