We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Operations lead. The ideal candidate needs to understand the business areas and its structures, ensure the team aligns to company strategic goals are executed on, be responsible for all department administration, records management, budgeting, cost management, monthly management accounts, invoicing, charge outs, vendor negotiations, contract management and SLA performance management.

Support management with operational reports, dashboards and presentations. Play a pivotal role in managing, tracking and aligning product and application upgrades and form strong working relationships with business stakeholders, all SME’s, project mangers and alike for the success of any change or upgrade.

Are you someone who can:

This candidate needs to maintain strict controls over system and user access by adhering to our governance controls and pre-approved “change control” methodology. Maintaining a clean end user base and managing user licenses for each product against all contracts.The candidate is responsible for the management of all external and internal audit engagements and scopes. This candidate needs to ensure all audit requirements are met for both the EPM teams IT audit as well as supporting the teams during financial audits. This candidate will be responsible for all onboarding of external and internal audit team and partners onto our applications, Citrix and PAM.This candidate will support the development teams by facilitating and managing all internal application UAT before deploying to productionThis candidate will coordinate, communicate and document changes in operational procedures and capabilities (SLA’s) and monitor performance and progress against these. This candidate will manage all communications made to our userbase.This candidate needs to foster new ideas to improve the team and remain aligned to industry best practices and business goals, end user services and support.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Participate in conceptualisation, design and planning of projects for product house, business unit or segment.This candidate needs to deliver a service that is exceptional for its stakeholders that builds a rewarding and trusting relationship.This candidate is responsible for supporting critical business applications and the support of its users.This candidate will oversee the EPM service desk team and all their responsibilities to the team and stakeholders.This includes the service desk portal used by the service desk team analyst and end users.Ensuring end user support and system availability for all and most critical reporting periods (monthly, quarterly, half year)
