What You’ll Get to Do

We are seeking an Oracle EBS Functional Developer to support a Marine Corps Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) based logistics system that provides functions including asset visibility, supply, maintenance, readiness, task organization, repairs, request tracking, and financial information. The desired candidate will work in an Agile development team building Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, Configurations, Personalizations, and Workflows (RICECPW) solutions. Candidate will develop, design, configure, test and document solutions based on the requirements and user stories.

More About the Role

The Oracle Functional Developer is responsible for the requirements analysis, functional design, and test documentation/execution of RICECPW in most of the Oracle SCM modules, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND Support for Oracle Project Implementation (Project Costing, Auto-Accounting, SLA / Sub-Ledger Accounting)Support all technical activities and follow the processes consistent with approved Agile approach. Document RICECPW functional designs to communicate with developers to incorporate technical content, and comply with program documentation standards/change management processes.Review Change Requests and provide assistance in gathering requirements.Execute development and user acceptance testing in accordance with the test script, and document test results.Present demonstrations of RICECPW testing activities to Product Owner and government SME/FE teams.Provide detailed deployment instructions for successful migration/backout of code.Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents.Manage the analysis through design and development phases related to Oracle modules.As required, provide updates to the deliverables identified for the development team.Produce assigned work products and deliverables with quality and on schedule.
 

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

Experience with life-cycle Implementation Experience in Oracle e-BS R12 and Oracle databasesStrong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND modulesWorking knowledge of Oracle e-BS technical toolsets to include PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, XML, SOA, BI Publisher, Alerts and Workflow development (customizations and extensions)Familiar with Oracle EBS and/or SCM base tables Periodically perform impact analysis of the Oracle product updates Strong knowledge of designing interfaces and conversion routinesDeliver solutions that meet the identified SLAsExcellent written and oral communication skillsWork as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environmentsBachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.5+ years of Experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management and Oracle Projects modules R12/R11Experience in requirements analysis, testing, documentation

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$62,800-$128,600
