We are looking for our new Oracle Database coordinator to create and maintain the different Oracle Product Database elements that form the heart of the Oracle system. This covers the engineering structures, financial aspects as well as the plant specific data elements
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Develop expertise in Oracle to understand the business impact of the different data elements. Develop specialization in one or more of the areas Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and/or Manufacturing.
- Load and maintain European database elements in the system programmatically or manually.
- Monitor the live systems and pro-actively prevent potential issues from occurring.
- Maintain contact with data owners and understand their requirements and issues in order to develop improvements to the database.
- Document database elements as well as maintenance and monitoring processes.
- Establish strong relationships and maintain communication with others in the European organization related to this role.
- Work systematically and professionally in a well documented manner in accordance with the company rules and procedures including adherence to trade compliance (export / import and supply chain security) regulations entirely.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a functional role like purchasing, manufacturing or planning.
- Other main European languages is an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Good PC and Software skills
- Good knowledge in Access or SQL.
- Knowledge of business systems and databases.
- Understanding of LEAN concepts
- Good knowledge in purchasing and/or manufacturing and/of planning.
