Oracle Compensation HCM SME, Staff 

Location: preferred Sunnyvale, CA (HYBRID) or anywhere in the U.S. 

Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users. Capture requirements, analyze, craft and configure applications to meet the business requirements and conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality Perform full life-cycle development of Oracle Compensation Cloud HCM Applications Perform improvements, production support of Core HCM, Recruiting, ESS, MSS and Compensation modules Develop and support Integrations between Oracle HCM and other applications like Fusion Middleware and Payroll/Benefits providers Configure new requirements Document code consistently throughout the development process Work with developers, business analysts, and management to define new (and improve existing) features that are aligned with this organization's overall long-term strategy Provide user support during project phases and provide effective handoff to the appropriate IT support teams

Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in Oracle Compensation HCM Cloud application Expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extract and Fast Formulas Expertise in HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader, Payroll Batch Loader Strong Database experience SQL, PL/SQL with Oracle DB is required Self-motivated, requiring minimal oversight and work well in a collaborative environment Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and be self-directed

Preferred Qualifications:

3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM application Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM application architecture. Lead the projects independently by working closely with executive leadership and business leads

Minimum Salary: $123,750.00

Maximum Salary:$189,750.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $123,750.00 and $189,750.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
