Job Description & Summary

A career within PwC's Oracle Services Practice, will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations use enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities. We help our clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to solve their business problems and fuel success in the areas of finance operations, human capital management, supply chain management, reporting and analytics, and governance, risk and compliance.

As part of our Oracle consulting team, you will utilize Oracle cloud applications to help our clients address a variety of strategic operations challenges and create sustainable change and continuous process improvement to maximize opportunities and create value throughout the enterprise. 

Meaningful work you’ll be part of 

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with one or more Oracle Supply Chain application modules Including Warehouse Management (WMS) and Inventory .

Designing, building, testing and deploying the functional components required for successful Oracle Cloud WMS & Supply chain solution implementation. 

Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive swift resolutions.

Coordinate planning, testing, and deployment of Oracle patches/updates; ensure minimal disruption through careful scheduling and regression testing.

Utilize ITIL-based frameworks to manage issues, ensure controlled change processes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle. 

Develop and maintain support materials and runbooks; conduct workshops to enhance the Oracle Cloud SCM proficiency of both technical and business teams.

Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing network of client relationships and community involvement.

Preparing and/or reviewing complex Solution documents, fusion design, technical design, SIT, UAT, Deployment, go-Live and hypercare documentation. 

Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner.

Delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve 

Oracle WMS Cloud support and continuous improvement experience will be an asset. 

Experience in Oracle ERP OM and O2C modules. EBS experience is counted. 

Oracle ERP Cloud Implementation and Support experience.

Experience in Oracle Cloud Order Management (Fusion). 

Prior consulting experience in large-scale Oracle ERP projects.  

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Oracle ERP Certification in Order Management or Financials (Optional) 

Minimum one end to end Oracle WMS Cloud implementation and Oracle Cloud Supply Chain experience.  

Oracle Cloud certifications for WMS, Inventory or Procurement.   

Demonstrating proven extensive abilities and success as a team member: understanding personal and team roles.

Contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.  

Manage / close work collaboration with offshore team members to build POC & Solution demonstration 

When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset
