**Job Description** **Oracle Cloud Product Manager II - Digital and Technology Partners - Remote** The Oracle Cloud Product Manager II – Application (DTP) is responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction, ongoing improvement, and roadmap for the Oracle Cloud applications. The Product Manager will oversee project management and end-user training activities to ensure successful execution. Produce Managers work with cross-functional teams to: + Provide project management and training leadership to define the strategic direction and drive the continuous improvement roadmap for the Oracle Cloud HCM, Learning and Financial applications. + Drive Oracle Cloud projects, both small and large scale, from inception to completion, ensuring optimal system adoption and delivering top-tier solutions to end users. + Design and implement comprehensive training programs for end users to ensure effective utilization of the Oracle Cloud applications. + Promote a user experience vision and strategy that informs the development and roadmap for applications. + Innovate by exploring new ideas and demonstrating tangible results quickly. + Identify and define meaningful problems to solve. + Consult with business partners and collaborate with application owners to define areas of focus and opportunities to develop solutions that meet organizational goals **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in a technical or healthcare discipline. + Nine or more years of related experience, with minimum of three years Oracle Cloud experience, In-depth knowledge of associated technology areas that could impact area of responsibility; healthcare technology experience preferred. + Two or more years Oracle Cloud Learning and Talent Management experience preferred. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms, tailor communication to audience, mediate and facilitate communications between others, and communicate architecture to all levels of management and customers. Ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders to resolve significant architecture issues. **Compensation Statement** The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for this role is $132,000.00 - $198,065.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits. , 221 - DTP HSO Oracle Implementation - MSH, Mount Sinai Hospital **Responsibilities** + Foster strategic relationships and collaborate with business and DTP stakeholders to evaluate pain points, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives by managing project timelines and milestones effectively. + Take the lead in designing and developing a comprehensive training strategy and user adoption program for Oracle Cloud projects. Ensure training programs are aligned with project goals and support successful system implementation. + Conduct internal and external sessions to define business and technical requirements, oversee design and development techniques and support testing and training with end users using qualitative and quantitative research techniques. + Prioritize findings from research and interactions with stakeholders, addressing key pain points to ensure the successful execution of solutions. + Develop clear and impactful problem statements for application teams to focus on, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. + Develop the business case for the new applications, outlining cost, service and benefit dimensions. Present business cases to management for funding and scope decisions + Maintain and manage the product roadmap as a shared source of truth, outlining the vision, direction, and opportunities for future enhancements or experiences. + Continuously evaluate and consider organizational areas of interest, industry trends, and direction from governance structures.
