This is a professional level Information Systems position under the direct supervision of the Distributed Computer Systems Administrator for DOH-Collier County. The position is responsible for independently providing technical support to staff across DOH-Collier offices, troubleshooting and maintaining computer systems, mobile devices, and assisting in support of DOH-Collier operations. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, a strong problem solver, is expected to perform duties in a professional and competent manner. This is a full-time position anticipated to work 40 hours per week. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Responsible collaborates with the maintenance, monitoring, setups of security profiles on all systems. + Presents familiarization/security training for new employees. Creates/renews/replaces ID badges according to supervisors’ request. Keeps an inventory of specific access in records. Maintains Badges Database. + Provides helpdesk technical support and assistance to end-users locally and remotely. + With limited supervision, performs installs, maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrades to computer hardware, software, peripheral equipment, wireless and mobile equipment. + Provides end-user support and training for the phone system, maintains telephone inventory and works with the county to meet the user’s needs. + Coordinates and assists end users with the integration of new equipment and provides end user hardware and software support, documents problems and resolutions. + Provides support for the day-to-day operation and performs or arranges emergency repairs + Contributes to the maintenance of current documentation pertaining to hardware, software, communications, applications and systems set-up, installation, upgrades and operation. + Maintains current documentation related to job functions and responsibilities. + Assists with the monitoring of workstations for compliance, security and performance. Keeps Management informed of any potential capacity or security issues. + Timely pulls/provides multiple system reports to specific parties. Reviews ePO Security Reports for machine compliance. Resolves machine compliance issues. + Responsible for all inventory entry functions and support activities. + Ensures accountability of Information Systems Hardware assets by conducting a physical inventory, verifying serial numbers, maintaining inventory control for all locations. + SharePoint content management coordinator. Works with each program to provide a SharePoint/TEAMS site which DOH-Collier Staff uses for collaboration and information resource. Responsible for SharePoint maintenance. Backup to Web Manager. Assists with the ongoing maintenance of the DOH-Collier Website and SharePoint. Pro-actively performs reviews to keep content up to date. Keeps Web Manager informed of any discrepancies for immediate updates. + Performs assigned duties according to established Disaster response plans + Assists with ongoing updates to Disaster plans and monthly maintenance of driveaway kits. + Assists in defining desired outcomes, action steps and time frames for "Quality in Action" for the Information Systems Division. Monitor progress, review results and adjusts plan as needed. Ability to move around freely is required. + Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Preferred: + Experience working in an Information Technology Support environment. + Experience in customer call documentation and tracking system/ticketing system. + College or trade school education in Information Technology field. + Experience in supporting Windows 10 or newer Windows operating systems & compatible applications. + Experience in support of MS Office 365 applications. + Experience managing mobile devices in a mobile device management environment. + Experience using remote control applications.
