OPS Curriculum Support
Job Description:• Receive updated course syllabi and review for accuracy and ensure required policy updates are reflected.
• Update documents in digital student handbook
• Assist curriculum team in preparation for the coming semesters by opening courses in UF’s Student Information System
• Reserve classroom spaces as advised by the curriculum team
• Ensure student’s online schedule matches with room reservations as well as course syllabi
• Provide assistance with activities such as orientation, senior portraits, white coat ceremony, commencement. Responsibilities may include organizing gift bags, alphabetizing items, compiling printouts, greeting/checking on students or faculty, and general support as needed.
Expected work hours: about 15-20 hours per month
May work remotely for a portion of the assignments
$15.00 - $20.00 an hour
Minimum Requirements:• High School Diploma/GED
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new programs
• Attention to detail
• Must possess good communication skills
