OPM Communications Project Coordinator

Job role

 

In this role you will be coordinating and implementing the global Olympic and Paralympic Movements (OPM) Partnership communication plan, managing communication with stakeholders, and serving as the primary contact for various teams and agencies. Responsibilities include building community engagement, creating project plans, contributing to corporate communication initiatives, and managing access to platforms. 

 

What you will do:
 

Coordinate and implement global OPM Partnership (Olympic and Paralympic Movements) in alignment with key stakeholders such as Allianz Group, local communicators, SPOCs, and People Experience teams.  Manage and coordinate stakeholders to establish communication regarding the OPM project; consult stakeholders and actively clarify their expectations and requirements related to the OPM targets.  Function as a liaison for the Allianz Global OPM team & the dedicated account manager  Function as the point of contact for all stakeholders regarding the OPM Partnership   Further build the OPM SPOC community to increase engagement and ownership across Allianz Services locations and engage with other influencers such as Change Agents  Function as primary contact for the OPM Team Agency (CAA) to bring the right speakers for the Allianz Services OPM activations on board.   Manage communication with athletes/speakers and respective briefings.  Create and put in practice an aligned project plan, covering both internal and external communications, and including all activities of project management (e.g., strategy, roadmap, scope, annual budget). This plan will contribute to creating a consolidated and comprehensive global corporate communication plan (strategy, roadmap, scope) Allianz Services  Contribute with project-specific content to different corporate communication initiatives e.g., global newsletters, blog posts, regular news on Allianz Intranet.   Contribute to employer branding efforts through various methods such as OPM JDs social media posts, employer-focused events, etc.  Drive awareness and engagement to reach engagement targets related to the coordinated OPM Partnership via different communication products and campaigns (including events - global townhalls)  Manage access requests for Allianz Services OPM team members to TRACK platform and TRACK development of materials to ensure they are in line with IOC guidelines. 

 

What you bring:

 

Bachelor's degree in project management, Communications, Journalism, or related field  Fluent English written and spoken.   Knowledge of MS-Office   Relevant work experience in e.g., communications, social media, PR, event management, etc.   Experience with intranet portals, social media, and digital means of communication, including Microsoft Office365 is a plus.  In-depth understanding of project management
