We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative OPEX and PMO Lead to join our team
In this role you will lead production processes improvement projects and implementing systems and tools that enhance operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in aligning process optimization efforts with strategic objectives and enabling seamless project delivery across departments.
Responsibilities
Leadership in Process Improvement - Lead operational excellence projects and continuous improvement initiatives, redesigning processes using Lean tools and practices such as VSM, Kaizen, A3, 5S and more
Complex Project Management - Implement project management methodologies including timeline and scope management, risk management, change management and facilitating ongoing project forums
Cross-Department Collaboration- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes that support operational goals
Job Requirements:
First level university degree, preferred in Industrial Engineering and Management
Experience in project management, process improvement or leading improvement initiatives in a production environment (preferred)
Hands-on experience in training and implementing Lean methodologies
Passionate and motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong ability to inspire change and motivate team members
High proficiency with systems and tools including Tableau, Monday, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High English level -must
