Job Responsibilities

Optimization of processes and plant equipment:                                             

Responsible for the operation and control of NDT machine. Responsible for operating computer automated machinery and equipment. Responsible for equipment adjustment and tool changes, adjusting process parameters correctly, equipment maintenance and repairs. Responsible for evaluating defects. Responsible for overseeing of bundle loading. Responsible for TPM/5's of NDT equipment and urgent repair of the equipment. Performs other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor.            

Organization:                                                                                                      

Effectively use a computer for data entry, reporting and word processing. Obeying all safety rules and regulations. Ensuring compliance for all environmental concerns.

Management:                                                                                                     

Communicate with all team members (maintenance and production) to ensure good two-way communication on all issues.   

Job Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification Previous experience in Quality or NDT preferred. Prefer knowledge of computer-operated machine operation. Must be able to master NDT principal knowledge and NDT machine equipment operation. Knowledge of compiling reports and ensuring compliance. Must have a team player attitude. Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively use interpersonal communication skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Ability to organize and explain complex data in a clear manner. Detail oriented with proven analytical, problem identification and resolution skills. Ability to work in a Team orientated atmosphere. Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with supervisors, coworkers, and management.
