Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

A Day in the Life:

As an Operator I, Manufacturing, you will efficiently and safely operate assigned machinery, perform simple maintenance, and make necessary adjustments. You'll follow all written procedures and report any discrepancies to the Area Supervisor. Accurate documentation and quality checks are crucial, ensuring compliance and flawless product standards. You'll continuously monitor products for defects and contribute to process improvements with your suggestions.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate packaging and inspection equipment according to SOPs, SOMs, and PWOs.Ensure product quality by examining for accurate fill, seal, and labeling.Report any irregularities observed during packaging to lead or supervision.Check receipt and delivery of packaging components for quality and quantity.Complete all required documentation accurately.Maintain personal hygiene as required by cGMPs.Demonstrate punctuality and responsibility through adherence to attendance guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience:

Required: No previous work experiencePreferred: Previous work experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or lab settingPreferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Proficiency in English, including technical and scientific language.Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive movements.Ability to move repetitively, including pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting, bending, grasping, and crouchingWhat We Offer:
