Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Operator I, Manufacturing - 1st Shift

Pay: $20/hr.

ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes.Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.Collaborate with team members to successfully implement process improvements.Accurately document production data and maintain detailed records.Assist in quality control checks to determine compliance with product specifications.

Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent experience.Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.Ability to compete in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
