Good customer service and communications skills. Ability to multi-task, work independently, and remain calm in stressful situations. Switchboard / multi-line phone system experience preferred.

The Operator operates a switchboard console to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. Monitors alarms and security systems. Responds to Codes and emergencies following established protocols. Acts as medical center receptionist/resource by performing various communications and clerical duties. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
